Each original artwork is a one-of-a-kind piece, carefully created and inspected before being shipped. Because of the unique nature of original artwork, all sales of original paintings are final.

Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for original artwork due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sweta@swetaghimire.com and provide clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the damage and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us so we can help investigate with the shipping carrier.

Refunds
If a refund is approved due to an eligible issue, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
